Added Value Investments Ltd established in 2006 as a diversified Investment boutique. Added Value provides investment banking and brokerage services, financial and investments advisory and asset management solutions for investors, shareholders and companies.
Added Value is dealing with all kinds of debt/equity transactions includes privet placements ,Public offerings and M&A transactions.
Our activities embrace a wide range of sectors such as industry, services, renewable energy, life science, technology, AI software, retail, financial services and real estate. We have a vast experience and extensive relationships in Israel's capital market. We work hand in hand with most of the financial institutions in Israel such as provident and mutual funds, private equity and venture capital funds, private investors, holding companies, underwriters etc.
אודות אמיר פלדמן
אמיר פלדמן הינו המייסד והבעלים של ADDED VALUE INVESTMENTS. בעל למעלה מ- 30 שנות ניסיון בשוק ההון הישראלי הן בצד ה "BUY SIDE " והן בצד ה "SELL SIDE". אמיר שימש בין היתר כמנכ"ל אגוד שוקי הון והשקעות ומנכ"ל ירושלים חיתום והשקעות (חברות בנות של שני הבנקים). באותן שנים אמיר הוביל והיה מעורב במספר רב של עסקאות גיוס פרטיות וציבוריות, עסקאות PIPE ועסקאות M&A. בבנק ירושלים שימש אמיר בנוסף גם כמנהל הנוסטרו של הבנק. קודם לכן שימש כסמנכ"ל חברת ניהול התיקים והקרנות "מודלים שוקי הון" וכמנהל תיקי השקעות בחברת "בטוחה ניירות ערך" מקבוצת כלל.
אמיר שימש בנוסף כיו"ר וכדירקטור בוועדות השקעה שונות. אמיר מחזיק ברישיון לניהול תיקים ובעל תואר שני במנהל עסקים ותואר ראשון בכלכלה שניהם מהאוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים.
ABOUT AMIR FELDMAN
Amir Feldman is the founder and CEO of Added Value Investments Ltd. Over 30 years of vast experience in the Israeli Capital Market both, "buy side" & "sell side". Amir was the general manager of Union capital markets & investments and Jerusalem capital markets & underwriting, both subsidiaries of Israeli Banks. In those years, Amir was involved in numerous private and public offering Pipe deals Brokerage transactions and M&A transactions. Before that, Amir served as a chief deputy in Capital Markets Models, an investment company managing securities portfolio and mutual funds. Prior to that Amir was a portfolio manager in "Betuha" securities, Clal group (used to be the largest private investment company in Israel).
Amir acted as Chairman and Director of various investment committees in Israel. Amir holds a portfolio management license and holds MA in Business Administration and BA in Economics both from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
